Speech Impediment: 1 Point. Patrick's mouth is stitched up, so his voice is often quite quiet. When he talks, it sounds extremely muffled, and he is incapable of shouting. You are at +1 difficulty to all social rolls that involve speech.

Missing Eye: 3 Points. One of Patrick's button eyes seems to have popped off at some point. You are at a +2 difficulty to all thing needing depth perception, including ranged combat.

Description:

Patrick is a scarecrow, with a sak for his head. He has one button eye, and his mouth is made up of various stitches. He wears a straw hat, a checkered shirt and a pair of denim dungarees. His hands and feet are just straw sprouting out from his clothes, but they function as if they wear hands or feet.

Background:

Patrick's first memory is of when Timmy, the little boy who made him, placed his straw hat on his head. He was placed in a field, tied to a post, for months on end, only crows for company. He'd talk to them about anything he could think of (which wasn't much). His life was very simple, and he liked that.

One day, two boys broke into the farm Timmy lived on. They stole anything of value from the old barn house, set fire to the barn, and cut down the old straw scarecrow on top of the hill. They covered him in petrol, and were about to set him alight. Then he ran.

He ran as far and as fast as he could, not looking where he was going. He tripped numerous times, but finally found his way to the old farmhouse. He opened the front door, but instead of the interior of the farmhouse, he was met with a small dark room, with several other doors. He wandered in, and the door closed behind him.
