Perfect balance: 1 Point. You walk like a cat. You are at -1 difficulty to any rolls involving balance.

Relegious Devotion: 3 points. You are greatly devoted to some faith. You may use this to channel 3 extra points of willpower per game session, depending on how many points you put into it.

Hooks:

Low alcohol Tolerance: 1 Point. Someone opens a beer in the room and you get dizzy. Flora gets drunk really easily due to her very low blood volume.

5'6" Caucasian female with the top of her head (extending to her upper lip), left side of her face, upper left arm, back, digestive system, abdomen, thighs, and lower right leg composed of sturdy, intricate clockworks with twisting and turning engravings that make nice patterns. These are magically resistant to rust, deterioration, damage, debris, and clogging, because otherwise being made of clockwork would be pretty stupid. As an end-stage convert gives their gift of sight to the Broken God, the left half of her face has no eye. She has false hair made of thin copper wire and carries a staff. Flora wears civilian clothing.

Background:

Born 1940, PhD student in political science in 1963. The local chapter of the Church of the Broken God, which makes a point of being ahead of their time in cultural trends and relying heavily on counterculture, noticed her work in the civil rights movement. It worked to recruit her to their cause, and she joined up and became one of their recruiters, eventually undergoing a partial mechanization. She was fixing a pocket watch when the parts grew around her and melted into a room of bronze…
