Abilities

The following holds true for all Abilities:
1: A hobbyist
2: Studying it.
3: Capable of holding a job with it.
4: Capable of holding a GOOD job with it.
5: Top of your field.

Talents:

Alertness: Being able to notice things, the little details, and when someone is sneaking up on you. Most often paired with Perception.

Athletics: How well you move your body. Running, jumping, swimming and the like. Most often paired with Dexterity.

Brawl: Fisticuffs, fighting with your hands. Most often paired with Strength.

Dodge: Your ability to get out of the way of incoming damage. Most often paired with Dexterity.

Empathy: Getting along with people and understanding them emotionally. Most often paired with Charisma, or Manipulation.

Expression: Being able to convey your meaning clearly. Most often paired with Manipulation or Appearance.

Intimidation: Convincing people to do what you want them to do, or else. Most often paired with Manipulation.

Leadership: How well you command people. Most often paired with Charisma.

Streetwise: Your ability to get along in an urban environment. Includes such things as jump starting cars, and larceny. Most often paired with Dexterity or Perception.

Subterfuge: How well you lie. Most often paired with Manipulation, or Wits.

Skills:

Animal Ken: Your ability to commune with and understand animals and other non-verbal entities. Most often paired with Charisma.

Crafts: How well you can build things. Tends to be specialized in some manner. Most often paired with Wits or Intelligence.

Technology: Using technology. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Etiquette: Your understanding of proper etiquette and manners. Most often paired with Intelligence or Charisma.

Firearms: How well you can shoot things, along with your understanding of firearms and their maintenance. Most often paired with Dexterity or Perception.

Melee: Use of weaponry in melee combat. Most often paired with Strength or Dexterity.

Performance: Being able to perform for a group. Most often paired with Appearance or Wits.

Repair: How well you can repair broken things, be they mechanical items or other things. Most often paired with Intelligence or Dexterity.

Stealth: Your ability to do things unseen or unnoticed; sticking to the shadows and such. Most often paired with Dexterity.

Survival: How well a character survives outside of a normal environment, i.e. the woods, and associated skills. Most often paired with Wits or Stamina.

Knowledges:

Computer: How to use a computer. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Enigma: How to figure out puzzles and weird things. Most often paired with Wits or intelligence.

Investigation: Tracking down information. Most often paired with Perception.

Law: Knowing the law. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Linguistics: Knowing other languages, and figuring out new ones. For each level of this skill, you gain an additional number of languages equal to your new level. So, you gain an additional language at one, two more languages at two, up to 15 total languages at level 5. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Medicine: How the human body works, and how to keep it working. Most often paired with Intelligence or Dexterity.

Occult: Knowing about the ooky spooky things that go bump in the night. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Politics:Knowing both about politics, and how to steer people. Most often paired with Charisma or Intelligence.

SCPs: Knowledge of SCPs and anomalous objects. Most often paired with Intelligence.

Science: The various Sciency paths that exist. Please choose a specific branch of study when taking this ability. This ability may be taken multiple times for different kinds of science. Most often paired with Intelligence.
